	Beach Cottage from above

Cairns Beach Cottage is simple, clean and fully self contained. It sleeps three with one single and one queensize and includes a stove, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. There are fans in each room and the bedroom air conditioned. 

A Television and video is in the lounge.  Linen, crockery and cooking equipment are all provided and the shops (grocery/video and liquour) are a pleasant ten minute walk south along the beach.

When the wind is light a canoe is available to explore the coast and those keen on casting a rod can try their hand either on the beach out the front or in Richards creek where Barramundi are regularly caught.

When the wind is up North Queenslands premier kite location is right out the front. After the beach there is a large pool on the property with spa bubbles and a 16 metre lap section. This is shared with the adjacent property where your hosts reside.

Beach Cottage rates: (year round - for the cottage)
2-6 nights:	$100 per night
Weekly rate:	$600 per week
Rates for longer periods by negotiation.

Bookings can be made with $50 deposit, all major credit cards accepted.  Full payment is requested at the start of your stay.

Cairns Beach Cottage is owned and operated by Gavin & Catherine LeSueur. Both are well known multihull sailors and Gavin is an enthusiastic kitesurfer.
